Floor Plans

THE GROUND FLOOR has a central dining hall with table that converts to a pool table; a sunny lounge with sofas and an open fire; a music room with piano, guitars, ukeleles etc, plus a smart TV with Netflix; a fully equipped kitchen with more dining space and doors out to the tables on the patio; a utility room with an extra oven, fridge and freezer, plus a washing machine; a drying room with lots of hanging space; and a WC at each end.

THE FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 is a twin room. Bedroom 3 has a superking bed and a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two small children. Bedroom 4 is a standard double. Bedroom 5 is a twin room. There are two shared bathrooms and a separate WC. A child's Z-bed is available which can be put up in Bedrooms 1, 2 or 3.  

THE TOP FLOOR Bedrooms 6 and 7 are ensuite rooms with superking beds.
